Itaera

Privacy

A small form. A narrow use.

This notice explains how Itaera handles information when you visit the site or choose to request a private invitation.

Operator and scope

This notice covers itaera.com and its private invitation request. The operator is Itaera, Inc. Contact [email protected].

Information you provide

The questionnaire contains three categorical questionnaire choices. Those choices remain local to the current experience unless you submit the optional invitation request. If you submit it, we receive your work email, the three choices, the consent version, the page source, and submission timestamps.

What Itaera, Inc. stores

The Cloudflare D1 invitation record contains a record identifier, normalized work email, the three choices, consent version, source, created and updated timestamps, notification status, and—when available—a delivery reference and notification time. That record does not contain your IP address, user agent, browser fingerprint, or Turnstile token.

Infrastructure processing

Cloudflare Pages delivers the site. Cloudflare Workers process the invitation request, Cloudflare D1 stores the record, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse. Cloudflare may process IP address, user-agent, TLS, browser or device signals, request metadata, security tokens, and operational logs as needed to deliver and protect those services. Email-delivery and business-mailbox providers process the submitted details and may retain a notification copy or delivery logs needed to send Itaera, Inc. the operational alert.

Why we process it

We use the information to manage invitation requests, understand the context of a request, contact requesters about early access, notify Itaera, Inc., prevent abuse, operate and protect the site, respond to privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use or share it for third-party advertising.

Retention

Retention is based on need rather than a fixed period. We keep D1 invitation records and notification copies while reasonably needed to manage invitation requests and early access, maintain necessary operational records, protect the site, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, and technical requirements.

Your requests

Email [email protected] to ask what invitation information we hold, or to access, correct, or delete your invitation information. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

Do Not Track and cross-site collection

Itaera, Inc. does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect activity across unrelated sites for behavioral advertising. Cloudflare and Turnstile may use technical security mechanisms as described above. Because Itaera, Inc. does not use cross-site behavioral advertising, a Do Not Track signal does not change the site's current practices.

Changes to this notice

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it in a form appropriate to the change.
